Buffets and Canapés
We are happy to recommend a selection of buffet items and canapés such as miniature steak burgers, sun dried tomato and black olive tartlets, mushroom stuffed with spinach and Pernod or melon wrapped in proscuitto
However, if you have your own ideas we are always happy to incorporate those too so that we ensure you have the perfect menu tailored to your own personal tastes.

Hog Roasts and Barbeques
Whilst our charcoal roasted Sussex hogs are a firm favourite with our customers, we can also offer you lamb, venison or spit-roast chickens.
For your barbecue you can enjoy anything from ‘piri-piri’ chicken to fresh sardines. We will of course also cater for vegetarians with a variety of delicious choices. Both options are provided with 3 choices of salad and a potato dish.
